Rules & Regulations

Qualification

Non-Youth Classes: Qualifying cut-off date is September 26th, 2025.
Non-Youth Classes: You must be in the top 30 in your respective division.
Youth Classes: Open to all youth members regardless of current standings

Entering

To Enter into the circuit finals you must enter before walking to the herd on the official entry form
The circuit finals is a non-working class-within-a-class

Placing

The Circuit Championship is a non-working finals.
Placing will be determined by highest 2 run composite score
For Classes that are offered more than twice throughout the weekend your lowest score will be dropped.
In the event of a tie money won will be used to determine the winner.

Payout

NCHA Payout Schedule will be utilized to determine total purse and number of places paid
For Classes that are not permitted to have NCHA added money the added purse will be distributed on a separate check as a bonus per the NCHA Payout Schedule
